It is with a heavy heart that it has been necessary to implement a Postponement & Cancellation policy effective 1st Jan 2022. Out of necessity a Postponement & Cancellation Policy which is fair and reasonable for both my business as a Wedding Celebrant and for Marrying Couples has been implemented.
Booking Fees are NON-REFUNDABLE due to the date/time secured for the 'booking client' no-longer being available to any other Couple, hence subsequent inquiries are turned away. Cancellations/postponements impact my small business due to the nature of timing of bookings for weddings. Please ensure you are confident with your date/time selection before booking, as refunds of booking fees will not be provided. Thank you.

A new booking fee will be required to secure a Saturday booking for the postponed/rescheduled Wedding. Alternatively, as long as the request is made in writing 3months or more prior to the original wedding date, the booking may be transferred to a Weekday without incurring a new booking fee. (Subject to availability & One reschedule permitted)
Where a booking of Wedding Celebrant services is postponed/rescheduled due to 'change of mind by Marrying Couple' meaning:
