Ranked Victorian Top 5 for 2021 and Australian Top 25 for 2022, Kate Ritchie-Sexton is an energetic, fun and engaging celebrant who ensures all her couples have the ceremony of their dreams. She is an 11 year consecutive ABIA Awarded Finalist as voted by past couples for her ability to make their ceremonies fun, stress-free and heartfelt.  

An Authorised Marriage Celebrant since 2008, over the last 14 years Kate officiated as a Celebrant on many hundreds of occasions.  Kate's strengths lie in the ease of communication, being highly organised and her attention to detail.  Most importantly, through listening to what it is her Clients really want and providing them with options on how to best make it happen.  

Having a background as a Vocalist and performer for many years, as well as extensive public speaking experience allows diversity in the way Kate presents weddings. This means each ceremony is not only written for the couple, but presented in a manner which also reflects them.

Kate is the Ballarat Wish Leader with nationally  registered charity www.myweddingwish.org - Gifting weddings to the terminally ill and the Founder of the Ballarat Wedding Collective being a passionate promoter of local Ballarat Wedding businesses with her online supplier directory which brings local Wedding & Event suppliers together in one place!
